How to request a return

Email us at glowgarage@outlook.es with your order number. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return instructions.

Conditions

Items should be returned in their original condition with all included accessories. Once we receive and check the return, we'll refund 100% of the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
