Products

TapForHelp is a personal alert device that sends notifications to connected phones through its app over a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. It is not a medical device and does not replace emergency services. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number.

Pricing and payment

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapForHelp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including failures caused by Wi-Fi outages, power loss or phone settings.
